- Authoring component: Built-in editor with intelligent authoring support (MindReader), terminology checks and context-sensitive help.
- Content management component: Navigation, search, storage, protection, linking, management and administration of information. Over sixty different predefined information types (topic specializations) are available for structuring technical information.
- Process management and reporting component: Content and project-based reporting, publication planning and scheduling as well as controlled change management. Optional process automation also supports complex workflows and automation tasks.
