Web-supported terminology collection, validation and maintenance.
Using the standard interface in the Enterprise version of WebTerm, remote users can create, edit and validate terminology (read and write access) using the functions listed below. The terminology administrator can decide which input fields will be unlocked.
Modify existing entries
Create new entries for one or more languages
Automatically generate administrative information for each entry and each change
Copy or move entries within a dataset or between datasets
Copy or move datasets within a dictionary or between dictionaries
Merge datasets
Search for duplicates to prevent multiple dataset entries
Add multimedia to datasets with text files, graphics, video, sound, etc.
Simplify data entry with list fields (value lists)
Automatically add default values to each new entry
Prevent invalid entries through entry verification
Track all changes including user, date and time
