Quality assurance functions
To support quality assurance after translation, Transit features functions that allow the user to manually or automatically review numerous quality criteria (such as data integrity and completeness, spelling checks, verifying compliance with preset or prohibited terminology, etc.).
Transit quality assurance functions:
Translation completeness verification
Terminology consistency check (taking into account differently prioritized terminology databases)
Formatting check (markup check)
Verify that numbers in the source text match those in the target text
Check number formats (decimal points, decimal commas)
Check spelling (using spell checkers, dictionaries, reference material)
Create a printout of all corrections (as segment pairs or free-flowing text with or without marked changes, with or without notes, all text or filtered segments)
Display notes for segments needing clarification with dynamic links in the Notes window
Add and display your own notes
Display segment attributes (e.g., status, quality, author)
Expanded statistics for source and target languages (characters, words, segments, pages)
Verify text lengths, field sizes and structures for software localization
