Phase 4 – Workflow programming

After these preparations, STAR actually begins programming the workflow and its individual elements. This involves dividing all recorded and defined process steps into three categories:

• Standard elements that already exist in STAR James

• Standard elements with configuration options adapted to the client's requirements and preferences (e.g., control and information systems)

• Company-specific elements developed and adapted (e.g., interfaces to company-specific systems).
