Phase 2 – Workflow optimization

In the next phase, the client defines its desired specifications for future processes and the resulting goals. This allows the STAR development team to design a STAR James-based workflow solution that meets the client's expectations and needs. In a further step, the STAR specialists adapt and optimize the existing workflow. This guarantees smooth implementation and automation of new workflow procedures at a later time. Time intervals or the order of individual process steps may be changed in order to ensure logical process flow. This allows for time savings or important quality controls to be implemented early on. Error checks that have thus far been conducted manually are now automated.
