Reuse of existing text segments

The editor works in his or her customary editing environment (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker). Meanwhile, inside a reference window, MindReader suggests previously-stored and approved terms and sentences from the source-language portion of the translation memory. Results are displayed in a separate window and can be accepted by sentence or paragraph with a click of the mouse or keyboard shortcut. Editors value this functionality, as it eliminates the need to reformulate identical or similar content over and over, preventing inconsistencies and reducing translation costs.
