Individualized learning and success tracking

The use of the internet offers a multitude of opportunities for trainees to communicate with instructors. Training is most effective when trainees can interact with trainers and training content. Questions can be answered immediately and feedback can be considered for future training sessions. Special emphasis is placed on verifying through testing whether the material was truly understood. After learning success is checked, immediate feedback is provided including suggestions for additional training.
