Content structuring at the topic level
In the first step, existing, industry-specific standard information structures for all subject areas and topics are adapted to client-specific needs. After a comprehensive informational analysis of client documentation, individual content elements and relationships are defined. Based on these structures and inter-topic relationships, a topic and client-specific GRIPS information model (knowledge network) is developed. This information model forms the basis for the GRIPS information matrix, which is then populated with data.
